Revonik: multilingual parts catalogue and CRM for a German car electronics workshop
A driver in Germany with a dead engine control unit has exactly one question: can you fix mine? Every screen on Revonik exists to answer it.
Revonik remanufactures automotive electronics. Control units, immobilisers, instrument clusters. The difficulty was never the visual design. It is that a part belongs to one exact car, so the catalogue had to follow the path the customer already thinks in: brand, then model, then year of production, then the unit itself. That comes out at more than four thousand pages, in five languages, with a search that reads product names, descriptions and types, because plenty of people arrive typing "Motorsteuergerät" and nothing else.
Behind the page there is a second half of the project. Every form opens a deal and a contact in Bitrix24. The order confirmation produces a PDF the customer prints and puts in the parcel. Shipping is being wired into UPS, telephony into their phone system. We also ran the technical clean-up after an SEO audit: language versions opened to crawlers, redirect chains repaired, dead pages removed.
Eight months in and still running. When the server went down under a flood of automated requests in June, we were the ones bringing it back up. The next stage is a full online shop.
